Robert P. (Bob) Laney practiced law in North Wilkesboro for 45 years prior to his move to the NC coast in 2021, and now resides in Wilmington. Over the course of his career he operated a solo practice and served in the McElwee Firm, maintaining a general practice with a concentration in bankruptcy. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina School of Law.
